ROLE DESCRIPTIONEstaphany Michel State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Assoicate, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. Also be able to quote, sale and follow up with customers. You need to be able to hit daily, weekly and monthly goals for our Agency. Ongoing training and marketing are provided to the team, so goals are always being met.If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career in our Agency. About our Agency Our Agency has been open since 2019. We enjoy servicing our customers and community. We are expanding our team. Our goal is to continue to serve our customers and built great relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monday through Friday 9am-5:30am
  • Upsell customers with new insurance products.
  • Provide information on insurance products and services.
  • Be able to write new insurance business such as auto insurance.
  • Manage client insurance accounts and update information.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Be able to use outlook, cisco phones, and teams.
  • Coachable, adaptable and charismatic.
  • Spanish Bilingual preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license required. Also be open to obtaining Life and Health license.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
